SPIN - Our instructors will take you on journeys that will test your mind, strength and stamina.  You can choose from 30 mins or 45 mins classes.  You control the resistance.  How far do you want to go? Whats your threshold? Have fun and enjoy the ride. LADIES AND GENTS WELCOME TO ALL SPIN CLASSES!

BOKWA  - Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants of all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps. Join us to Sweat the Alphabet and Dance the Digits

COMBAT - Punch and kick your way into knockout shape with the ultimate martial arts-inspired workout

CORE BLIMEY 30 minute workouts - It's not enough to just do ab crunches and sit ups. To build a strong core you need to exercise a variety of muscles from your hips to your shoulders. A strong core can with back pain, correct posture imbalance and improve athletic performance.

BODY SCULPT- Using your own body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands, tone and trim your body. You will be able to feel those muscles by the end of this workout.
 
LEGS BUMS N TUMS (and Bums n Tums Blast 30 minute workout) - Tone up,firm up and burn fat from your hips, thighs, bottoms and tummies.

Bad Ass Circuits - . Improved cardiovascular fitness , de-stress after work with plenty of motivation. This class has cardiovascular fitness, muscle strengthening and co-ordination. Burn the fat and work the body.
